How to get started

Download
Click your platform's download button above.

Install
Windows: run PCMonitorSetup.exe and follow the wizard. Mac: open the DMG, drag PCMonitor.app to Applications, then open it.

Connect
Enter your work email when asked. That's it — tracking starts automatically.

macOS users: two permissions required
After installing, macOS will ask for Accessibility access (for activity tracking) and optionally Screen Recording (for window titles). The setup wizard will guide you through both steps automatically.
Your Privacy
What is tracked
- 💻Active app and window title
- ⌨️Keyboard activity (counts only)
- ⏱️Work session duration
Never tracked
- 🔒Passwords (auto-masked)
- 📷Webcam, microphone or location
- 🏠Anything outside work session
Tracking runs only between clicking Start Work Day and End Work Day. Nothing is recorded outside your work session.
